Curriculum objective: Counting on and back in 1’s, 10’s and 100’s from a range of 2d numbers.
Task: Over the next 2 weeks we are looking at adding and subtracting 2 and 3 digit numbers using a number line. To help with this spend some time practicing counting forwards and backwards from different starting points. If you become more confident with 1’s can you count back in 2’s and 10’s and other jumps, again from different starting numbers?
