This week in year 1 we have been learning about pirates. Our 2 favorite facts are:
- They did sword fighting
- They found treasure.
We made a pirate hat, pirate cutlass and telescopes. We even wrote instructions in our literacy lesson.
We have been watching videos about pirates and listening to stories. In ICT we watched hectors world and it taught us about dangers on the internet. Don’t put your information on the internet if you don’t know who is going to see it.
We have been learning about the Queen in history.
In PE we have been learning a pirate dance which has sword fighting in.
We have also been drawing undersea picture.
