This week in year 1 we have learnt even more about the seaside. We listened to rhyming poems about seaside animals called Commotion in the ocean. We went on the computers and painted seaside pictures, some of them are on display in the classroom. In our DT lessons we created scales for Bright Stanley, we hope we used the right glue!!
We have been playing nicely in our classrooms and remembering to put our hands up to talk to an adult.
We have been doing phonics very well and learnt lots of new sounds.
In our classroom we now our targets on display and we have talked about the things we are good at. Evie B has a target of getting better at handstands and Ewan’s is to try and get really good at swimming. Connor thinks his strength is riding a bike and he wants to work on his manners.
